Butt Strip

Q: How long does a Butt Strip appointment typically take in Suffern?

The service lasts 15 MINUTES. It's designed as a quick, focused session to tidy a narrow section around the buttocks — ideal when you want maintenance between larger appointments or a brief cleanup added to a scheduled Brazilian or full butt wax.

Q: Exactly which part of the buttocks does the Butt Strip cover?

It targets a narrow strip around the buttocks rather than the entire area. The focus is precision in that small zone for cleanup or touch-up; if you want broader coverage, schedule a full butt wax or Brazilian instead.

Q: Can I add a Butt Strip to another waxing appointment?

Yes. Technicians can add the strip cleanup to a Brazilian or full butt wax appointment to avoid a separate visit. Mention the add-on when booking so timing and pricing are handled together and your technician can plan the combined service.

Q: Is the Butt Strip suitable as a standalone maintenance service?

Yes. As a standalone service the Butt Strip addresses a single narrow zone for clients who only need light cleanup. It's priced at $15 and designed for short visits rather than comprehensive waxing of the full butt area.

Q: How should I prepare before my Butt Strip appointment in Suffern?

Wear comfortable clothing and plan for a short 15 MINUTES appointment. If combining with another service, allow additional time. If you have skin concerns or questions, mention them during booking so the technician can note anything relevant before arrival.

Q: What does the Butt Strip cost at Self Care By Ney?

The service price is $15. Because it's a targeted strip wax focused on a small zone, it can be a cost-effective way to maintain smoothness between larger appointments without paying for full-area pricing.

The technician works quickly and precisely on just the strip zone, so you get the coverage you need without paying for or sitting through a longer full-area session. At fifteen minutes, it's one of the fastest services on the menu and fits easily around a busier schedule.

How the Butt Strip Works for Quick Touch-ups in Suffern

$$MultiPurposeText$$

An explanation of what the Butt Strip does, how it’s performed, and when it’s the right maintenance choice.

Exactly what is covered

This targeted strip wax focuses on a narrow section around the buttocks rather than the full area, making it practical for maintaining results between larger appointments. The technician works quickly and precisely on just the strip zone, giving necessary coverage without the time or cost of a full-area session. The service is scheduled as a short, focused appointment that respects your time.

It pairs well as an add-on to a Brazilian or full butt wax when clients want a bit of extra cleanup, or it can stand alone for a single narrow touch-up. Because it only treats the strip zone, coverage is limited by design — choose it when you need targeted maintenance rather than a comprehensive session.

What to expect during appointment

During the 15 MINUTES appointment the technician focuses exclusively on the narrow strip around the buttocks, working with precision to remove hair only in that zone. The quick format reduces chair time and is designed for clients who want tidy results without a longer session; it's not intended to replace a full-area wax.

If you're already booked for a Brazilian or full butt wax, the technician can add the strip cleanup to that appointment, avoiding a separate visit. As a standalone 15 MINUTES service priced at $15, it's also useful for clients fitting self-care between commutes or errands around downtown Suffern and nearby Ramapo parks.

Booking and local convenience

Appointments for this short service are easy to slot into a commute-friendly day because Self Care By Ney is in downtown Suffern near the train station and I-287 access. The 15 MINUTES timing suits clients who work in the city or run errands locally, and schedule-aware offerings help families and faith-based clients find convenient times.

Choosing a Butt Strip trades breadth for speed: you pay $15 for a short, focused cleanup rather than a longer full-area service. That makes it cost-effective for maintenance between larger appointments, but customers should understand it won't address hair outside the narrow strip zone.

Decide whether you want a quick maintenance visit or a full-area session — the Butt Strip is meant for focused upkeep between larger appointments. The service is $15 and lasts 15 MINUTES, so it's a practical option when time and budget are limited.

When you arrive, expect a focused appointment and straightforward communication about the strip area. If you have questions about fitting this short service into a Brazilian or full butt wax, mention it when booking so the technician can advise on combining appointments.

Ney is an aesthetician who does so much more than just wax. I have been going to her for eyelash lift and tint and she is the best I have ever been to. She really knows what she is doing, she is sensitive to the needs and desires of her customers, and she is very capable of explaining exactly what results you will get, and you do! People have struggled to lift my lashes in the past because they are resistant and my eyes are hooded, and I thought it was not possible for me to have eyelashes you could see, and she had no difficulty at all. I will go out of my way to go to her, and I would recommend her to anyone. And she is a delightful person on top of that :-) (this photo is completely unretouched.)...more

I’ve been going to Negene For the lightening treatment specifically in the area: inner thigh And first of all, she is so thorough, provides you with knowledge and information for you to understand how to maintain it, how to prep the area, and what causes a lot of darkness in specific intimate spots. I also did armpit waxing. I’ve never done this in my life. I’ve always been scared of waxing. But she basically did my under arms in just one wax. Like not hundreds of waxing strips and doing it so many times, she did it in one wax basically. The atmosphere is so cute so professional great conversation and she is so knowledgeable. I really can see the passion and the love she has for women and doing self-care women. Because of her, I’m gonna now officially get my armpits waxed moving forward, no shaving, throwing all that away...more

I’ve had two laser hair removal sessions so far, and my experience has been very positive. The customer service has been excellent—professional, welcoming, and informative. NeGene takes the time to answer my questions, explain what to expect, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatment.

While I’m still early in the process and waiting to see the full results, I have noticed that my hair is growing back much more slowly, which is encouraging. I understand laser hair removal takes multiple sessions, so I’m being patient and looking forward to seeing continued improvement.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received and would recommend Self Care by Ney to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and attentive provider....more
