I’ve had two laser hair removal sessions so far, and my experience has been very positive. The customer service has been excellent—professional, welcoming, and informative. NeGene takes the time to answer my questions, explain what to expect, and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatment.

While I’m still early in the process and waiting to see the full results, I have noticed that my hair is growing back much more slowly, which is encouraging. I understand laser hair removal takes multiple sessions, so I’m being patient and looking forward to seeing continued improvement.
